era o& ne! &ound inventions and ideals that allo!ed &or the reintrodu#tion o& #ontem$orar ideas into the  mainstream@ this $eriod o& time being %no!n as the 'ndustrial evolution/ )he enaissan#e set the bar &or the &uture o& ,uro$e* and allo!ed &or the strides made b the 'ndustrial evolution* as it initiated a ne!&ound &orm o& se#ular $hiloso$h@ a theor that*as ,uro$e straed &urther &rom the stud o& religion* the in turn !ould be #a$able o&  $rodu#ing ideas and inventions not $reviousl a#hievable/ )his anomalous !a o& thin%ing bran#hed o&& &rom the so#ial norm that had never be&ore been e+$erimented !ith/ )he a&orementioned ideas o& $rogress are reiterated b 9ohn :/ ;e&* author o& Civilization at the Crossroads, !hen regarding the $rogress that !as a result o& the enaissan#e* he stated* )hese e#onomi# #hanges o& the enaissan#e !ere sm$toms o& agreat ne!
