Please keep the display away from any heat sources. 2. Place the display in a stable and well - ventilated place. 3. Please handle with care as product contains glass. The holes or openings on the display are designed for ventilation. Do not cover or block the ventilation holes or openings with any objects. Remove protective covering from the screen before you use the display. Shut off the power supply before cleaning. Use a soft lint - free cloth instead of a tissue to wipe the screen. You may use a glass cleaner to clean the product as required. However, never spray the cleaner directly onto the display surface. Do not attempt to repair this product yourself! Improper disassembly of the product may invalidate the warranty and lead to possible danger. If you have a problem that cannot be solved using the Troubleshooting guidelines, please contact your supplier. Keep product far away from water during installation and use. We recommend using a heavy duty trolley as you can easily wheel the unit around. Mute Button - Allows you to mute the screen. Zoom Option - Allows you to change how the input of the screen looks on the screen, you can use this feature if the input is not fitting correctly to the screen. Input Display - Allows you to see the current input that is selected. Directional Buttons - Allows you to navigate around menus on the screen. Exit Button - Exits any menus that are open. The Plug & Play software will allow you to display ONE full screen image or video at a time for a specific time. You can display the following using Plug & Play: - MPEG-4 (.mp4) H.264 AVC (1920 x 1080), (1080 x 1920) - JPEG (Not interlaced),(1920 x 1080), (1080 x 1920) - PNG (Not interlaced),(1920 x 1080), (1080 x 1920) To upload content using the plug and play software follow the steps below: You should find a USB stick included in the box, this contains the Offline Playlist Manager which will allow you to create a playlist to display content on the screen. You will have to install the software onto your PC. Once installed you should see the following icon. NB: DSA Standby Player FOR ANDROID VERSIONS ONLY Note: The android board is located at the ear panel of each screen or the left door panel 12 1.9 Plug & Play Double click onto the Offline Playlist icon. The software should load & you should be presented with the following screen. Notice: The duration can be changed at this point to the overall time each image will be shown for, Videos are automatically set on how long they display for, once you have changed the duration you must select the image you would like to change then press the apply button. 13 2.0 Plug & Play On the left you have various buttons. Add Files this allows you to add files into your playlist, the software will automatically set the duration to the time stated in Duration Move Up this allows you to move content around in the current playlist Move Down this allows you to move content around in the current play list Apply this applies the duration to a piece of content. Delete this deletes a piece of content that you have selected Save this saves the playlist into a file standby planer understands (.sbp) To Make a playlist firstly set the default duration each piece of content will be displayed for once you have done that press Add Files this should open a selection box for you to select the content you wish to use. 14 2.1 Plug & Play Move the content to the desired position within the playlist by using the Move up & Move down button. Once you are ready to save your playlist insert a Blank USB stick into your PC, then press the save button. You should be presented with a save popup, navigate to your memory stick and press save, this will then create the required playlist file for the screen. 15
