Acquired by Trinity Financial in 2009, the property is being managed by HallKeen Management. With construction fully underway, now is a great time to find a new home in these wonderful apartments with unimaginable views here at The Regency, says Glenn Nirenberg, Property Manager of the 16-story luxury residence. We have some very great leasing deals as we lease up, and I invite people to come by, talk to one of our leasing agents and get ready to be impressed. These units will lease fast, so people should not wait. Working alongside Mr. Nirenberg is Sheila A. Adams, who serves as The Regency s Assistant Property Manager and supervising leasing agent. This is a completely new Regency, says Ms. Adams. I remember this building in its before stage. The transformation that is taking place is pretty incredible. The apartments look great and the views from the building are unlike anything I have seen in this area. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing current residents excited about their new apartment, and new residents that are proud to call The Regency home. People really need to stop by and visit. For more information on The Regency, visit or call HallKeen Management at Good News! John B.
